What our clients say
Combien de temps à l'avance dois-je réserver ? Idéalement 2 à 3 semaines avant votre évènement, surtout en haute saison (mai à septembre). Mais contactez-nous même en dernière minute, on fait notre maximum pour vous dépanner.
Livraison ou enlèvement : comment ça se passe ? Deux options : 1/ Soit on vous livre le matériel à l'adresse de votre évènement (des frais de livraison peuvent s'appliquer selon la distance), 2/ soit vous venez l'enlever directement chez nous, dans ce cas, aucun frais de livraison. Après la fête, même principe : on repasse chercher le matériel ou vous nous le ramenez.
Et si j'ai des fûts non terminés ? Les fûts entamés ne sont pas repris ni remboursés. On vous aide à estimer la bonne quantité pour éviter le gaspillage. C'est aussi notre intérêt que vous commandiez juste.
Comment ça se passe pour les consignes (vidanges) ? Les fûts vides et les casiers sont repris lors de la reprise du matériel. La consigne est incluse dans le prix. Pas de frais supplémentaires si tout est rendu en bon état.
Fournissez-vous la verrerie ? Oui. Nous proposons des verres adaptés à la dégustation de bière, disponibles en location. La quantité est ajustée en fonction de votre nombre d'invités. Les verres cassés ou manquants lors du retour sont facturés à l'unité. On vous communique le tarif dans le devis.
Peut-on annuler ou modifier une commande ? Annulation gratuite jusqu'à 7 jours avant l'évènement. Modifications de quantité possibles jusqu'à 48 h avant, sous réserve de disponibilité.
